Industrial portable restrooms for plant and farm crews near Aiken

Industrial portable restrooms serve plant shutdowns, utility and line crews, solar builds, timber work and farm crews around Aiken. These jobs run long shifts and large crews, so we plan unit counts, service frequency and placement around the shift schedule.

  • Delivery area: plants, laydown yards and farms across Aiken, Barnwell and Edgefield counties and the Augusta area.
  • Arrival: scheduled to land before the first shift. Same-day adds are possible by noon Mon–Sat.
  • How many: construction-type crews follow OSHA Table D-1; farm crews follow OSHA 1928.110 (1 toilet per 20 workers).
  • Cleaning: weekly as standard; twice-weekly or daily service for 24-hour shutdown crews.
  • Full cost: one quote per site with unit counts, service days, delivery, pickup and tax.

How many restrooms does a farm crew need?

A farm crew of 11 or more hand-labor workers needs 1 toilet and 1 hand washing facility for every 20 workers under OSHA 29 CFR 1928.110. The facilities must sit within a quarter-mile walk of each worker, or be reachable by vehicle. Drinking water is required too.

Read the rule at OSHA 29 CFR 1928.110. Fields move during harvest, so we place units on the trailer or move them as crews shift.

How often should industrial units be serviced?

Industrial units should be serviced based on uses, not days. One standard unit handles about 200 uses between services. A 20-person crew on 10-hour shifts fills a unit in about 3 to 4 days. That means twice-weekly service. Round-the-clock shutdowns need service every day or two.

Worked example: a 60-person plant shutdown, two shifts

Sixty workers is 2 units under OSHA (60 ÷ 40, rounded up). With two shifts using the same units, double the uses. We set 3 units, 2 hand washing stations, and service every other day.

Where should restrooms go on an industrial site?

Restrooms on an industrial site should sit near the break area and parking, on a firm surface a vacuum truck can reach without crossing active work zones. Keep them clear of forklift lanes, crane swing areas and drainage ditches. Share the site safety plan so our driver checks in at the right gate.

  • Give us gate hours, badge rules and a site contact phone.
  • Mark a truck lane at least 10 feet wide.
  • Use lights or reflective tape on units near night-shift traffic.

Industrial & farm crews questions

These {'industrial & farm crews'} answers are short on purpose: the answer first, then any condition that changes it. They cover the details renters usually check before paying. Still unsure about your own site or dates? Call (803) 343-9386 and get a straight answer from the Aiken office.

Do you serve Savannah River Site contractors?

We serve contractor crews at outside staging and laydown areas near Aiken and Barnwell. Work inside a secured site depends on the operator's access rules. Check gate and badging before you book.

Can you handle a 24-hour shutdown?

Yes, with planning. Tell us shift times and headcount, and we set the unit count and service days so units never fill between visits.

Do you provide units for utility and line crews that move daily?

Yes. Moving crews often use a unit on a small trailer that the crew tows. Ask about towable setups for road and line work.

What about solar farm builds?

Solar builds are spread out, so we place units near each active block and move them as the crew moves. Twice-weekly service is common.

Can I get one invoice for several sites?

Yes. Industrial and contractor accounts get one monthly invoice listing every site, unit and service date.

Do you provide drinking water?

No. We supply toilets and hand washing stations. OSHA field sanitation also requires drinking water, which you provide separately.
