How does 28-day porta potty billing work?

A monthly porta potty rental bills every 28 days, not every calendar month. The first bill includes the 28-day rate plus the one-time delivery and pickup charge. Every later bill is the 28-day rate only. Billing continues until you call or text for pickup, and the final cycle is prorated by the week.

Worked example: a 4-month build

  1. Day 1: first bill = 28-day rate + one-time delivery and pickup charge.
  2. Days 29, 57 and 85: 28-day rate only. Weekly service is included.
  3. Day 100: you call for pickup. The last cycle is billed for the weeks used, not the full 28 days.

Why 28 days? A 28-day cycle is exactly 4 service weeks, so every bill covers the same number of cleanings.

Who uses long-term porta potty rentals?

Any site that needs a toilet for more than a few weeks fits a 28-day rental with weekly service.

Monthly (long-term) questions

These {'monthly (long-term)'} answers are short on purpose: the answer first, then any condition that changes it. They cover the details renters usually check before paying. Still unsure about your own site or dates? Call (803) 343-9386 and get a straight answer from the Aiken office.

How much is a porta potty per month?

A standard unit starts at $155 per 28 days with weekly service in the Aiken area. The first bill adds a one-time $60 delivery and pickup charge. SC sales tax is added.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Rentals run cycle to cycle. Call or text when you want pickup, and billing stops that day.

Can I pause service if the job stops for a few weeks?

The unit stays on site and billing continues while it is there. Ask about skipping service weeks if nobody is using it.

Can I add a second unit mid-rental?

Yes. The second unit gets its own cycle starting on the day it is delivered, or we can line it up with your first unit's cycle.

How do I pay each month?

Most customers keep a card on file that is charged each cycle. Contractor accounts can get a monthly invoice.

What if the unit is not cleaned on time?

Call us. We send a truck the same or next business day at no charge.
